Wash & fold is $3 per pound with a 12 lb minimum. Dry cleaning, household items, and alterations are priced per piece, and every price is published on the price list. Pickup and delivery are free.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup, included at no extra cost. Faster options are on the price list: Next Day (24 hr) for $15 more, Same Day (8 hr) for $35 more.

Pickups run Monday through Saturday. You pick the window when you book, up to 14 days ahead.

With the card on file. You add it when you book, and it is charged after your order is weighed and finalized at the facility, so nothing is charged before the total is known.

If you're not completely satisfied, let us know and we'll redo the service at no extra charge.

Yes. Open Manage plan from your account page and cancel there. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Yes. Every order is washed on its own, never combined with someone else's laundry.

By the pound, at $3 per pound with a 12 lb minimum, or covered by a monthly membership if you launder every week. Your bag is weighed at the facility, so you pay for exactly what we clean.

Put delicates in a mesh bag inside your laundry bag and they will be handled accordingly.

Walk-ins are welcome for most simple alterations. More involved work like tapering or a full suit fitting is best scheduled ahead.

Most common alterations are ready within a few business days.

Yes. Include alteration requests with any scheduled pickup and we will fit and finish them the same way.

As soon as possible. Even invisible stains like champagne or sugar can oxidize and become impossible to remove over time.

Often, yes. Send it in for an assessment; results depend on the stain and how long it has been set.

The gown is folded with acid-free tissue and sealed in an archival box, which guards against yellowing, permanent creasing, and fabric breakdown over years of storage.

Yes. Scuffs, scratches, loose seams, and broken zippers can be repaired alongside your cleaning, so the item only makes one trip.

Yes. We use methods designed to protect loft and prevent the fill from clumping or shifting.

Curtains and drapes are picked up, cleaned at our facility, and delivered back. We do not clean them on-site.

No. Send it with your normal pickup and we will sort it at the facility.

Most leather, suede, and synthetic footwear can be repaired. Send them with a pickup and we will assess before any work starts.

Yes. A polish and shine is available on its own for leather shoes and boots.

Most households benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year, more often in high-traffic areas or homes with pets.

In most cases, yes. Schedule a pickup and we will assess the stain when the rug reaches our facility.

No. Rugs are fully dried at our facility before delivery, so they can go straight back on the floor.
