What areas do you pick up and deliver to?
We cover Washington DC, Montgomery and Prince George's counties in Maryland, and Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and Falls Church in Virginia, across 9 ZIP prefixes. Enter your ZIP on the home page and it will tell you in a second.
How much does it cost?
Wash & fold is $3 per pound with a 12 lb minimum. Dry cleaning, household items, and alterations are priced per piece, and every price is published on the price list. Pickup and delivery are free.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup, included at no extra cost. Faster options are on the price list: Next Day (24 hr) for $15 more, Same Day (8 hr) for $35 more.
When can you pick up?
Pickups run Monday through Saturday. You pick the window when you book, up to 14 days ahead.
How do I pay?
With the card on file. You add it when you book, and it is charged after your order is weighed and finalized at the facility, so nothing is charged before the total is known.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
If you're not completely satisfied, let us know and we'll redo the service at no extra charge.
